* Crusted Rack of Lamb /35 Crusted Dijon mustard, red wine sauce, served Medium Rare with Garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed vegetables.
* Buffalo Rib-Eye /37 Grilled, Cafe de Paris sauce (butter w/herbs) spatzle (German dumpling) and vegetables.
Chilean Sea Bass /39 GF Pan-seared Chilean Sea Bass and Saffron Sauce, garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables.

Enjoyed an amazing dinner with the homemade Brazilian sausage - absolutely fabulous! The lamb was prepared perfect with the perfect amount of seasoning. When you are in the Green Bay area I highly recommend taking the time to dine at Ogan.
